General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Franco’s (Roger Howarth) life is about to fall apart. His worst nightmare is on the verge of coming true. Franco’s world revolves around Liz (Rebecca Herbst) and her boys. Building a family together is all that truly matters to him. Unfortunately, Franco’s deep love for Liz leaves him in constant fear of losing her. The anxiety often leads moves he regrets.
Franco’s most recent mistake was repeatedly lying to Liz about the twin situation. He’s still keeping a major secret from the woman he adores. Franco knew that Patient Six was the real Jason Morgan (Steve Burton). He kept that news to himself and prolonged the waiting game for the brothers.
Luckily, the mystery was revolved anyway. Andre (Anthony Montgomery) and Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) came through, so Drew (Billy Miller) and Jason learned the truth. Nevertheless, Franco isn’t going to get off scot-free. His deception is already tormenting him, so it’s possible he’ll crack at some point.
Of course, General Hospital spoilers say Andre will add to the drama. It looks like he’ll stir up some suspicions for Liz, so she may confront Franco about what he’s hiding. Will Franco admit he lied and forced the twins to suffer? Regardless, Liz is sure to find out eventually. She’ll be hurt and appalled when she realizes the extent of Franco’s dishonesty.
“Friz” may not be over permanently, but Liz will likely need some time apart. She may give Franco his ring back and call off their engagement. Meanwhile, Drew and Sam (Kelly Monaco) will face some problems of their own. Sam’s feelings for Jason could pose a serious threat to GH’s “Dream.”
Since Drew and Sam aren’t legally married, this may create Jason’s window of opportunity. Sam could decide she owes Jason a chance because of the mistaken identity blunder. All of this isn’t fair to either twin, but someone has to get gypped. It may be Drew’s turn to watch Sam move on.
However, rejected Drew could find love elsewhere. His bond with Liz has certainly been growing stronger over the last few weeks. If they both end up single, it seems like a no-brainer that they’ll get together. Even if it’s a short-lived romance, it could cause major pain for Franco.
