The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that a faceoff is coming up and it could have deadly consequences. On Friday’s episode, Zack (Ryan Ashton) will track down Abby (Melissa Ordway) and Scott (Daniel Hall) in a motel room. He won’t be pleased to see that they escaped from the storage unit he stuck them in.
Zack will aim a gun at Scott and Abby as he tells them how this is going to work. For starters, Zack might demand the incriminating evidence they found. He should’ve known better than to leave proof behind, but he might intend to rectify that mistake.
Of course, Scott won’t want to hand it over. He’s been determined to help those poor girls and put a stop to Zack’s cruel behavior. Nevertheless, Scott might be willing to give Zack what he wants if it means protecting Abby. He’ll definitely be concerned about his own survival as well.
The Young and the Restless spoilers hint that shots may be fired at some point. Will Zack snap and try to get rid of his two biggest problems? Scott and Abby are obviously threats, but Zack is truly furious with them, too. He feels like Scott is to blame for the recent exposure and he’s livid that Abby wouldn’t run away with him. Zack certainly wants them to pay.
Next week, Abby will be back home safe and sound. She’ll be spending time with the Abbott clan for Thanksgiving. The Newmans will also have a celebration, so that tells us things will be relatively normal in Genoa City. Abby will be OK and if Scott gets wounded, it probably won’t be anything major.
Zack, however, may not be so lucky. There are three options for this vicious Y&R character’s exit. Zack could escape, go to prison or get killed. Since Zack already had a chance to get away, that makes the escape option unlikely. If The Young and the Restless wanted to let Zack bolt, they could’ve just let him go the first time.
That leaves us with prison or death. Paul (Doug Davidson) will be busy giving Victor (Eric Braeden) updates in Friday’s episode. It doesn’t look like he’ll be in any big hurry to make an arrest. That’s a strike against putting Zack behind bars.
Does all of that add up to Zack’s stunning death? It’s easy to imagine a struggle that results in a fatal gunshot wound.
