General Hospital Spoilers Update: Thursday, September 3 – Dante Visit Trouble – Cops After Brando – Spinelli Mission Accomplished

General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Thursday, September 3, teases that Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) will focus on a new plan. Spinelli will need his laptop to get the job done, but it won’t be long until he’s had a major breakthrough. This plan of Spinelli’s will work like a charm, so he’ll give Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) updates as they sit on a park bench.

Spinelli’s main concern right now is plotting Peter August’s (Wes Ramsey) downfall, so that should be what he’s up to on Thursday. The sooner Spinelli can sink Peter, the better – especially now that Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) is carrying his child.

While Spinelli takes steps toward exposing Peter for the criminal he is, Maxie will head to her ultrasound appointment. Since Peter’s playing the role of doting daddy-to-be, he’ll tag along and experience every moment of this journey with Maxie.

Of course, Maxie’s convinced that Peter’s going to be an amazing dad. The support Peter offers on Thursday will only back up that idea.

At Maxie’s appointment, she’ll ask her OB-GYN about the baby’s health. Maxie will seek confirmation that her little one’s OK – and there are currently no red flags in General Hospital spoilers.

The latest info reveals Maxie and Peter’s afternoon will actually be quite magical. It sounds like Peter and Maxie will be more in love than ever as they prepare for their bundle of joy.

Over with Anna Devane (Finola Hughes), she’ll have some big news for Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton). Alex Devane-Marick (Finola Hughes) just reached out to Anna by phone, but it’s doubtful Anna will have major details to report. If Anna wants those, she’ll need to see her sneaky twin sister in person.

Anna will indeed decide a trip to Berlin is in order. That’s where Alex is, so Anna will fill Finn in on her trip plans and most likely receive a warning. Alex can be a crafty character, so it’s wise to stay on guard when meeting with her.

However, there’s another reason Finn may have concerns. Finn might worry about protecting Anna’s heart since Peter could be what his meeting’s about.

Anna knows there’s a possibility Peter is Alex’s biological son, not her own. Finn may worry about Anna digging deeper into this. If it turns out Anna’s memory was indeed manipulated to believe she’s Peter’s mom, it could break her heart more than she expects it to.

Other General Hospital spoilers say Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will caution someone about his or her actions. Sonny will realize something could be brewing – something he might consider an act of war! Although Sonny would like to avoid a brutal battle, he’ll do anything to protect his loved ones and his turf.

It seems like Sonny’s warning will tie in with the Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) storyline, so that hot plot’s poised to get even hotter. Next, Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) will get grilled at the garage. A cop will show up to interrogate Brando, but Brando obviously won’t be making any admissions of guilt.

Instead, Brando will probably keep his answers short and just act like he’s completely in the dark. To be fair, Brando doesn’t seem like the kind of guy who’d try to murder Jason by sabotaging his bike.

However, Brando hasn’t given Sonny all the facts. He left out the part about Cyrus meeting with him to discuss an important matter off screen.

Elsewhere, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will continue to process Neil Byrne’s (Joe Flanigan) untimely death. It was a difficult blow for Alexis, but she’ll try to focus on moving forward. That could take some time, but Alexis will distract herself with Sam McCall’s (Kelly Monaco) problems for now.

Sam will complain about the outcome of her agreement with Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart). Valentin kept his end of the bargain by hooking Sam up with a lenient parole officer, but ELQ, GH and the Quartermaines paid the price.

Once Valentin had enough votes thanks to Sam and Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring), he shut down ELQ’s attempt to bail out the hospital and scored the CEO spot.

While Sam tries to accept the cost of her actions, Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) will make an admission. Following a flight to Geneva with Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero), Robert will confess that she can’t see Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) just yet.

There’ll be a few more arrangements to be made using Robert’s contacts and special influence.

Nevertheless, Robert will feel confident he can get Olivia in for a visit with Dante soon. Olivia will hope for the best as she gets ready for the reunion she’s dreaming of.
