The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Wednesday, March 18, tease that Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) will open up to Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic). She’ll talk about her past and the time she spent in foster care, which brought some difficulties to overcome. Amanda will feel like a lot of kids had it rougher than she did, but her childhood was certainly no walk in the park.
Nate will wonder about Amanda’s biological family, so he’ll ask why she never tried to track them down. His questions will rattle Amanda a bit, but she’ll ultimately suggest she just wanted to move forward. Amanda’s always been focused on the future and didn’t want to let her history drag her down.
Of course, Nate may have a different view of the situation. He might counter that digging for details could help Amanda tackle some unsolved mysteries. Nate won’t see searching for answers as a bad thing, but this really isn’t up to him. Amanda’s the one who get to make the call here, but perhaps this conversation will indeed spark her curiosity.
Then again, there’s a possibility Amanda’s already done some digging. The Young and the Restless spoilers hint that Amanda may have a secret or two, so maybe she’s sitting on some big clues.
There’s a good chance this will lead to a twin sister revelation at some point. Amanda looks exactly like Hilary Hamilton (Mishael Morgan) – and that’s probably not just a soapy coincidence.
Meanwhile, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will hide her trail. Y&R fans know Phyllis almost always has some tracks to cover, so she’s getting pretty good at it by now. Even so, Phyllis’ schemes often lead to disaster. No matter what Phyllis is covering up this time, it could easily blow up in her face!
At the moment, Phyllis and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) also happen to be friends with benefits. They may think they can get this spark out of their systems, but it’s just not happening. It probably won’t be long until they’re getting busy again, which could be another reason for Phyllis to cover her tracks.
Other Young and the Restless spoilers say Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will catch up with Victor Newman (Eric Braeden). He’ll likely provide updates on his trip to Kansas and that encounter with Alyssa Montalvo (Maria DiDomenico). Adam may also fish for info on Victor’s connection to Alyssa’s father, AJ, but he’ll have to be subtle about it.
Adam will also express a change of heart on Wednesday – one that’ll leave Victor quite suspicious. Perhaps Adam will suggest the recent CEO news doesn’t bother him now. He might act like he’s fine with Nick taking the throne, which could easily set off a few alarm bells for Victor!
