General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Chad Duell (Michael Corinthos) is splitting from The Young and the Restless’ Courtney Hope (Sally Spectra on Y&R), so this brings a sudden end to their brief marriage. SOD confirms the news, which no doubt comes as a shock to many fans since Duell and Hope just got hitched on October 23.
However, there were already some warning signs when Hope began erasing Duell – and their gothic-themed “Till Death” wedding photos – from her Instagram account.
The nuptials occurred just before Halloween and brought plenty of their fellow soap stars out for a night of spooky fun.
Of course, a big party doesn’t guarantee a bright future, so it seems the relationship just didn’t pan out once they became husband and wife.
Despite dating for five years before tying the knot, Courtney Hope and Chad Duell are going their separate ways.
Fans certainly haven’t been shy about weighing in on the end of this short-lived marriage on social media, which is to be expected under the circumstances.
It’s always sad to hear about real-life duos breaking up, but Duell and Hope have to do what’s best for them.
