General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) new engagement could be in jeopardy. Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) and mob danger are perhaps the two biggest threats to this couple’s future, so let’s talk about the drama that’s coming up this fall.
Willow and Michael are finally free to pursue their romantic future together, so they’re both breathing a sigh of relief and looking forward to the next chapter.
During the week of September 20-24, Michael and Willow will discuss that next chapter – and that could mean talking about another engagement down the road.
Of course, Willow may not want to rush into anything since she’s already been married twice in a fairly short amount of time.
Willow still has to file all the paperwork for her latest annulment and cut ties with Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) anyway, so there’s no hurry here.
Even so, it’s easy to imagine Michael and Willow discussing the possibility of getting married again – for real this time!
They’ll mull over their future during Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Carly Corinthos’ (Laura Wright) wedding reception, so the timing fits for Willow and Michael to discuss some new wedding plans as part of that future.
Regardless, GH fans can expect some obstacles to land in this couple’s path this autumn.
Michael and Willow won’t be able to keep coasting along indefinitely. General Hospital spoilers say trouble will strike and put “Millow” to the test, so how exactly will the writing team pull that off?
Ryan seems poised to escape and could pose a threat to Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos (Erik and Theo Olson). Since Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel) will become suspicious of Ryan, he may start to consider her a foe instead of a friend.
If Harmony pushes Ryan too far, he could make Wiley a kidnapping target once he flees his facility.
That’s especially true since Ryan was allies with Wiley’s biological mother, Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier), and might feel the need to take Wiley from Willow and Michael as some warped sense of justice.
Of course, the mob mayhem is another threat to Michael and Willow’s relationship. After the warehouse attack presumably plays out as expected, it could launch quite a war.
As danger gets closer and closer to Wiley, Willow and Michael could clash over the best way to keep the boy safe.
We might even see some disagreements regarding Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) once her deception blows up, but that kind of fits in with the mob chaos since Sonny will face pressure to resume his old life.
Whatever the case, Michael and Willow’s chance at a new engagement is about to hit some snags!
