General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will soon have her own private space in Nixon Falls if all goes well. Nina’s been looking at apartment rentals, so she’s serious about settling down there and building a new life for herself.
Of course, Nina’s facing an inner battle since she knows “Mike” is actually Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and has the power to reunite him with his family with one phone call.
Instead, General Hospital fans know Nina’s growing closer to “Mike” – and they’re obviously falling for each other.
Although Nina will go on that date Elijah Crowe (Dan White) wanted, we all know that’s going nowhere fast. Elijah is a baddie who can’t be trusted. It’s Sonny who Nina’s truly connecting with and wants if she’s being honest with herself.
Naturally, it’s this new-and-improved version of Sonny that Nina likes. “Mike” is a very different man – one who Nina could see herself creating a future with if it weren’t for all the complications of his past.
However, General Hospital spoilers say Nina will force herself not to think about those complications – at least not too much! Now that we know Nina’s looking for an apartment, we should consider what might happen once she finds the perfect fit.
Sonny has already been helping with the search and will surely offer to help Nina get settled in her new home. It seems like this could allow a new space for Nina and Sonny to grow even closer.
It’ll certainly provide some privacy for passion if General Hospital writers indeed let Nina sleep with Sonny.
Nina might even take things a step further by asking Sonny to move in. Sonny’s got that cramped little room at The Tan-O, but Nina might think he’d be more comfortable at her new place instead.
Having Nina and Sonny live together would be yet another way for Nina to sink further into this dangerous hole she’s digging for herself.
Nina shut down all the boyfriend talk when Sonny brought it up recently, but “Mike” just might claim that boyfriend title anyway and make a home with Nina soon enough. As other GH news becomes available, we’ll keep bringing you updates.
