General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that it is Valentine’s Day in Port Charles, and along with some sweet sentiments of love, there will be some major feelings of revenge on various residents’ minds.
The new General Hospital preview for Valentines’ Day week, February 15-19, is out, and we should note that most of the week’s episodes will be carried over from last week due the special news preemptions.
First off, the preview shows Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) actually smiling for a change as he wishes someone a Happy Valentine’s Day. The preview doesn’t show who Jason is talking to, but there’s a sparkle in his eye, so it should be someone he’s pretty fond of.
Could he be talking to Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco)? GH viewers will have to tune in to see!
Next, the new GH preview shows Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) in a clandestine meeting with her daughter Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud). Liesl is once again incognito, and Britt tells her mother, “You want revenge.”
Of course, Liesl is outraged that Peter August (Wes Ramsey) has thus far gotten away with framing her for his crimes. Liesl wanting revenge is an understatement!
Portia Robinson (Brooke Kerr) and Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) are also shown together, as GH spoilers say that they’ll be on a stakeout during Valentine’s Day week.
This likely means that Curtis and Portia will be together for the lovers’ holiday, which will probably cause Curtis some angst, since he’s estranged from Jordan Ashford (Tiffany Daniels).
The new Valentine’s Day preview also shows Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) at the police station looking very concerned about something, indicating that she may be facing reopened questioning in the case of Nelle Benson Jerome’s (Chloe Lanier) death.
According to GH spoilers, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will be out for Carly’s blood after realizing that Carly was with Nelle when Nelle died.
“There’s going to be fallout,” Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) tells Carly in the preview, which seems like a big understatement, since the next scene shows Nina conferring with Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), telling him that she wants him to help her make Carly pay.
Valentin will probably jump at that request!
As this exciting Valentine’s Day preview progresses, Liesl is shown entering some room, which may put her in big danger, and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) is shown in a quick flash, indicating that she’ll be involved in the action this week, February 15-19, which makes sense since Liesl will be gunning for Peter and Anna’s hot on her case.
Finally, the new Valentine’s Day preview shows Jason wielding a firearm in typical Stone Cold fashion and taking direct aim at someone. Interestingly, Jason doesn’t appear to be in a frantic shoot out of any sort – rather, he seems to be deliberately pointing and shooting at someone at close range.
The gun clearly goes off, so someone’s going to be in bad shape here! We’ll see who Jason has it in for as Valentine’s week kicks off! Of course it’s just possible that the gunshot is to honor Sonny at his funeral.
