General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) will discover Sasha Gilmore Corbin’s (Sofia Mattsson) secret after Gladys Corbin’s (Bonnie Burroughs) move-in leads to an avalanche of revelations.
Sasha privately admitted that she’d returned to drugs as a crutch, but she also assured Gladys that she was done with them.
Of course, Gladys was skeptical that Sasha could stay strong, but Sasha was willing to do anything to ease her mind.
Sasha’s main goal was making sure Brando remained in the dark on her relapse, so it wasn’t long until she announced Gladys was moving in with them!
However, that’s bound to stir up Brando’s suspicions and lead to questions.
Although Sasha gets along better with Gladys these days, having her mother-in-law under the same roof is a big step.
Sasha and Gladys will keep trying to sell this as best as they can, but Brando will suspect something’s up.
There’s a chance Brando will overhear Gladys and Sasha discussing the truth since they’re all going to be in the same home.
Then again, Gladys could easily drive Sasha to her breaking point.
This could turn into a pressure cooker situation where the tension explodes – causing Sasha to decide that coming clean would be better than having Gladys hovering all the time.
Sasha might end up confessing just so she can kick Gladys out!
That could leave Brando hurt since both Gladys and Sasha hid something so huge from him, but Sasha’s heart was in the right place.
Sasha basically feels like Brando is the greatest man alive – and she knows he’s still hurting over the loss of Liam Corbin.
The last thing Sasha wants to do is stress Brando out and make it so he can’t deal with his own grief.
Nevertheless, Brando may worry about the lack of communication and all the secrecy in his relationship.
Sasha may eventually admit she was on drugs when she proposed, so that could leave Brando feeling like their marriage was built on a lie in some ways.
Bottom line, Gladys’ move-in is going to bring some challenges and should ultimately lead to the drug truth being exposed.
