General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Thursday, May 19, tease that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will save Nina Reeves’ (Cynthia Watros) night while Bobbie Jones (Jacklyn Zeman) suspects Carly Corinthos’ (Laura Wright) secret. Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) will also feel like he’s losing Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst), so here’s what viewers can expect.
For starters, Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) will check in with Epiphany Johnson (Sonya Eddy) and perhaps see how her studies are going. Portia agreed to mentor Epiphany, who’ll talk about thinking it was “time to give it another shot.”
Epiphany may admit to feeling overwhelmed as she works to become a doctor, so she’ll end up taking a break with Portia at The Savoy.
Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) will join Epiphany and Portia there, so they’ll all have a chance to talk about Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) and Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett).
Now that Curtis has headed off to help TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) and Molly Lansing-Davis (Haley Pullos), Stella will hope for the best.
After Stella points out that Curtis has something most people never get, she may suggest that’s another chance to make things right with family.
In Brooklyn, Marshall just walked in the restaurant where Molly and TJ are seated.
The music shop owner apparently got word around pretty fast unless this was a bizarre coincidence.
Either way, Marshall didn’t look happy about TJ and Molly tracking him down.
TJ will wonder if they came all this way for nothing, but he’ll truly hope that’s not the case.
After TJ makes a heartfelt speech and begs Marshall to come back to Port Charles, Marshall may stand firmly against the idea.
There’ll be a tense situation that escalates later this week, so TJ will have to keep a cool head and handle it.
Meanwhile, Liz will face more struggles related to her stalker crisis.
There’ll be an unsettling phone call, so Liz may hear another message on the other end like the one from her dreams.
Finn will try to comfort Liz, but she may feel smothered and push him away.
That’s especially true since Liz fears Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) doesn’t like the idea of her moving on with Finn.
“I don’t want you here,” Liz snaps in Thursday’s GH preview video.
Of course, it could be someone besides Finn who Liz blasts, but it’s worth noting that he’ll soon make his way to Kelly’s – and he probably wouldn’t abandon Liz at a time like this unless she pushed him to leave.
Whatever the case, Liz is staying with Laura Collins (Genie Francis) and Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom), so they’ll also notice an unsettling change in her behavior.
Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) will enjoy some fun grandpa time with Violet Finn (Jophielle Love), but he’ll eventually turn his attention to Finn’s problems.
Once Finn opens up about Liz’s heartbreaking situation, he’ll worry that he’s losing her.
Back at The Savoy, Nina will have an awkward run-in before Sonny swoops in.
After Sonny comes to Nina’s rescue, they’ll do some flirting and make the most of their time together.
At GH again, Bobbie will eavesdrop when Carly shows up to get the DNA test results – the ones that’ll reveal for certain whether Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) is Nina’s biological daughter.
Bobbie will overhear enough to know Carly’s hiding something, so she’ll put her through an intense grilling session.
Whether Carly confesses or not, she’ll make one thing crystal clear.
Carly will insist she’ll never be over what Nina did, so her grudge will definitely remain a big factor.
