General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Thursday, January 26, tease that Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) will wonder if Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) is serious about potentially raising his younger sibling.
Spencer may admit he’s thought about being a father in the future and then point out that the future may not be so distant.
Although Spencer will be determined to give his brother or sister a better life, Trina will question Spencer’s agenda.
It’ll seem like Spencer might have ulterior motives, so Trina may suspect he mostly wants revenge on Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma).
Although Spencer may admit watching Nikolas lose custody would be satisfying, he’ll assure Trina that he truly cares about his sibling’s well-being.
That means keeping him or her far away from Nikolas as far as Spencer’s concerned.
At GH, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) will show up to offer Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) their support.
Ned will ultimately corner Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) to insist that no matter what issues they’ve had in the past, they’re first and forever family.
Brook Lynn will also have a surprising encounter while she’s at the hospital.
It doesn’t seem like Brook Lynn is pleased to see this person based on Thursday’s preview video, but it’s possible she’ll mostly be caught off guard.
Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) might be an option since he’s been sharing scenes with Brook Lynn lately.
Whatever the case, Cody will gather some clues and put some puzzle pieces together soon enough.
Now that Cody knows Sasha Gilmore’s (Sofia Mattsson) mother-in-law is named “Gladys,” it won’t be hard for him to figure out it’s the same Gladys that he knows.
Of course, we’re talking about the one and only Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs), who’s managed to rack up major debt through Selina Wu’s (Lydia Look) poker games.
Selina will put some fear in Gladys when she meets with her at The Savoy and insists it’s time to cover her debt.
Cody may witness Selina threatening Gladys and realize she’s deep in the hole – perhaps partly due to Cody’s influence since he’s in charge of swaying the games.
That could leave Cody feeling obligated to fix this, especially for the sake of Sasha and her bank account.
Meanwhile, Sasha will give Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) a pep talk. After Sasha reflects on Nina showing up for her when it counted, she’ll push Nina to show up in the same way for Willow.
Although Nina will point out that Willow doesn’t want her around, Sasha may think Willow will soften in time.
It’s just a matter of Nina having patience and putting in the effort to truly get to know Willow.
In Willow’s hospital room, she’ll talk about how miracles happen every day.
Willow will hold out hope that she’ll get her own, but she’ll still be nervous as she awaits updates on the donor match situation.
Finally, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) will ask Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) where they stand, so Drew will tell her exactly how he feels.
Despite understanding Carly’s motives on some level, Drew’s struggling over all her deception.
Drew will reiterate that he can’t build a relationship based on lies, but will he shut the door on Carly completely or leave it open just a crack?
General Hospital spoilers say Drew will reveal his decision, so Carly will face some news that affects her future.
