The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Tuesday, February 14 Recap – Nick’s Sage & Christian Phobia – Sharon Keeps Sally’s Secret

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers recap for Tuesday, February 14, reveals that Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will return home from a meeting about the upcoming bicentennial celebration, but Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will seem distracted.

After Victor admits he’s concerned about Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) not understanding his vision and holding onto her animosity toward Adam Newman (Mark Grossman), Nikki will defend their daughter’s desire to protect the Newman legacy.

Nikki will also reveal an old Valentine’s Day card that she stumbled across, so she’ll reminisce with Victor before he hands her a new one.

Victor will surprise Nikki with an expensive necklace to replace her stolen one as well, so Nikki will gush over it as they celebrate their love.

In the park, Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will find a pensive Daniel Romalott Jr (Michael Graziadei), so she’ll suggest he should take a step back and stop getting so lost in his emotions.

Although Daniel will be feeling helpless when it comes to reuniting with his family, Lily will remind him that he’s found a way out of helpless situations before.

After some flashbacks of their ups and downs together over the years, Lily will point out that Daniel’s friendship has been an anchor for her.

Daniel will be grateful for Lily’s support and will pull her into a warm embrace.

When Daniel returns to The Grand Phoenix on Tuesday’s Y&R episode, he’ll open the door and look stunned to find Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom) in his suite.

At Crimson Lights, Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will admire the pictures Faith Newman (Reylynn Caster) sent from Moses Winters’ (Jacob Aaron Gaines) Valentine’s Day scavenger hunt.

Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will walk in and spy nearby, but Nick will end up taking off due to Victoria’s text about meeting up.

That’ll give Sally a chance to order some calming tea and talk to Sharon about her close bond with Nick.

Sally will wonder why Sharon’s relationship with Nick didn’t last, but then she’ll worry she’s overstepped.

However, Sharon won’t mind talking about it, so she’ll open up about Nick being her first true love and all the challenges that forced them to grow up together.

After Sharon notes that they learned forgiveness, patience and understanding, she’ll think that’s why they still have such a close bond today.

Sally will assume Sharon doesn’t think she’s good enough for Nick, so Sharon will admit to being protective.

Sharon will also confess that she initially thought Sally and Adam were a perfect match, but now she’ll see someone who has learned from her mistakes and will give Sally credit for trying to do better.

Once Sharon reflects on Nick being impulsive when it comes to romance, she’ll assure Sally that she doesn’t have to worry about another “Shick” reunion.

Sharon will explain that she’s on her own journey of self-discovery that started when she had cancer.

That shift in the conversation will leave Sharon worried that Sally’s got a medical problem of her own.

Sally will ultimately admit she’s pregnant and doesn’t want Nick to feel trapped, but Sharon will offer reassurance.

When Sharon talks about all the Newman men having a good father trait, Sally will point out that not all of them are good partners.

That’ll confuse Sharon since Nick is the best partner anyone could ask for.

The wheels will start turning for Sharon, who’ll realize this baby may have another Newman for a father.

Sally will confess that Adam could be the bio dad, but she’ll insist it’s not likely and will clarify that Nick already knows about the possibility.

Once Sally suddenly gets nervous about spilling the news, Sharon will stop her from leaving and insist there’s no judgment here.

Sharon will assure Sally that her secret is safe and will add that Sally can trust her.

At Society, Victoria will complain to Nick about Victor wanting to put Adam in charge of Tucker McCall’s (Trevor St. John) company after the takeover.

Nick will think it’d be good for Adam to have something else to focus on, so Victoria will suspect Nick wants his attention off Sally.

Since Nick will threaten to leave, Victoria will vow to drop the subject.

Even so, Victoria will acknowledge that Nick had her back during all the Ashland Locke (Robert Newman) drama, so she’ll offer to have his back now.

Nick will finally blurt out that Sally’s pregnant, so Victoria will look shocked.

The bombs will keep dropping as Nick admits he could be a father or an uncle since Sally had one last flame with Adam before ending things.

Nick will confess that he can’t stand the idea of the baby being Adam’s since this is like Sage Warner (Kelly Sullivan) and Christian Newman (Alex Wilson) all over again.

When Victoria asks if this baby’s paternity is a dealmaker or a dealbreaker, Nick honestly won’t know.

After Nick talks about feeling even more invested now that Sally has a baby on the way, Victoria will wonder what’ll happen if the baby isn’t Nick’s.

Although Nick won’t have an answer for that, he’ll note that his feelings for Sally haven’t changed.

Victoria will hope that Sally knows how lucky she’d be to have Nick as the father of her child, so Nick will thank his sister for the support.

Once Victoria asks if Nick’s decided how he’ll handle the paternity results either way, he’ll note that he’s taking things day by day.

Victoria will question if Nick’s really happy, so he’ll insist he’s happier than he’s been in a long time.

After Nick points out only a handful of people know Sally’s secret, Victoria will vow not to tell anyone.

Nick will be grateful and agree they shouldn’t let this cause yet another rift in the family.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say another rift’s coming anyway, so stay tuned for updates on all the Newman mayhem ahead!
