“Days of Our Lives” spoilers for Thursday, October 1, tease an episode filled with rage and disappointment. DOOL reveals that Chad (Billy Flynn) will continue his mission to prove his innocence. Chad found the hobo he fought with the night Serena (Melissa Archer) was murdered and he can vouch for Chad’s whereabouts during that time.
Unfortunately, the hobo isn’t cooperating. He told Chad there was no way he’d talk to the cops. It’s doubtful this witness would even help Chad beat the charges anyway. Chad had to pay the hobo to get him to discuss anything and Justin (Wally Kurth) would probably just argue that he’d been bribed. It looks like this is another dead end for Chad.
Meanwhile, the Salem Police Department will be working hard to bring Chad in. DOOL spoilers say Justin will find a key piece of evidence that could point them to Chad’s location. The cops are closing in fast and Chad is in over his head. As much as he hates to do it, Chad will have no choice but to turn to Stefano (Joseph Mascolo) by the end of the week. Stefano will undoubtedly be pleased when his son comes crawling back for help. Stay tuned to “Days of Our Lives” to see if Stefano can get Chad off the hook.
Other “Days” spoilers reveal that Eve (Kassie DePaiva) will lash out in anger as she prepares for Paige’s (True O’Brien) funeral. Eve has been on edge ever since she got the news that her only daughter was gone. Theresa (Jen Lilley) and Justin are trying to be there for Eve, but she’s still feeling alone.
Grief-stricken Eve will rip into Jennifer (Melissa Reeves), presumably for her role in bringing Paige and JJ (Casey Moss) back together. After they reunited, Paige found out about her mother’s hookups with JJ and things were never the same. Eve is obviously responsible for her own actions, but it’s less painful to blame someone else for pushing Paige away.
Across town, Abigail’s (Kate Mansi) wedding plans will take an interesting turn. It seems Abigail will ask for help from someone surprising. It’s not clear who will come to Abigail’s aid, but Theresa would make sense. Abigail recently noticed that Theresa had a flair for design thanks to those dropped sketches at Club TBD. Theresa and Abigail don’t exactly get along, but they might be willing to put that old feud to rest.
Abigail is going to need a bridal gown soon and Theresa could offer her a few ideas. Of course, DOOL rumors hint that this wedding won’t even happen, especially if Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) keeps killing all their potential guests. Stick with “Days of Our Lives” for updates on this perilous romance.
