Orlando Bloom debuted a new look that has critics wondering if he’s going through a Justin Bieber transformation. In fact, the Hollywood actor looked eerily similar to the chart topper, who has long been his love rival in the tabloid media.
The former ‘Lord of the Rings’ star was spotted sporting new platinum blonde hair while he was out and about in Los Angeles over the weekend. Orlando Bloom looked eerily similar to Justin Bieber and the similar blonde locks he sported earlier this year, too.
So far, Orlando hasn’t confirmed whether or not the new look is part of a future role he is playing on the big screen or if he is indeed trying to brighten things up in his personal life.
Orlando Bloom will never admit to it, but he’s been obsessed with the ‘Love Yourself’ hit maker ever since he came face-to-face with him in Ibiza several years ago. Justin provoked the actor by supposedly admitting that he bedded his ex-wife Miranda Kerr while even rating her in front of him.
Even though Orlando and Miranda her divorced at the time, no man wants to hear someone admit that they slept with their ex-wife and especially not from someone like Justin Bieber. Orlando never felt more humiliated in his life and that’s why he’s been trying to prove to the world that whatever Justin can do, he can surely do better. Of course Orlando got even with Justin Bieber by allegedly bedding Selena Gomez.
If that weren’t enough, Orlando Bloom is apparently going through a mid-life crisis of sorts, with his completely nude paparazzi photos on a beach in Italy earlier this summer and his desperate attempts to show as much PDA as possible with his girlfriend Katy Perry.
At 39, Orlando is definitely not making films – or even headlines – the same way he was a decade ago. But is transforming into someone who looks like Justin Bieber is going to help save Orlando Bloom’s career?
It wouldn’t be surprising if Orlando is trying to show off his romance with Katy in hopes that he can change him image from that of a washed-up, forgotten actor to a heartthrob that is still in demand. Then again, with Orlando’s blonde hair now, that will only give Justin more fuel to provoke him and his appearance even more.
