General Hospital's Head Writer Ron Carlivati Wants James Franco To Make One Final Appearance On The Show!

General Hospital‘s head writer has made an effort to say that he really wants James Franco to make one last appearance on the show. Franco, who’s one of Hollywood’s greatest multi-taskers, made several appearances on the show in the role of a crazy artist eponymously named Franco. Though he aggravated many individuals in Port Charles while playing the character, his character was finally granted a pardon for his immoral behavior when he returned last year — this time, however, played by a new actor, Roger Howarth.

Roger Howarth’s Franco discovered he had a brain tumor and, because of the unexpected illness, was absolved of his sins. While nobody is really sure how or in what form James Franco would return and re-integrate himself into the show’s current story line, Roger Friedman of Showbiz 411 thinks . . . “the multi-tasking actor would play himself, and I guess confront the fictitious Franco. Anyway, the soap is now the hip show that Franco wanted it to be when he was on it. He’d do well to get closure. And also, now GH has great ratings.”

Let us know what you think about James Franco’s return to the wildly popular soap opera. The soap world has been suffering some major drama as of late and many will be excited to learn about Franco’s possible return. So far, nothing has been set in stone, and Franco could quite possibly turn down the offer. When we hear more news, we’ll be sure to clue you in!
