New General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the Wednesday, November 2 episode reveal that GH is back in business, Valentin makes an unwelcome house call, Sam worries about her baby, Anna worries about Griffin, Franco can’t shake his jealousy, and Sam wonders if she’s okay.
At Mercy Hospital, Sam Morgan (Kelly Monaco) wakes and asks Jason Morgan (Billy Miller) if the baby will be okay. Jason reassures her that things look good but GH spoilers tease there may be more trouble to come soon for the mom-to-be.
Alexis Davis (Nancy Grahn) must have a terrible headache after her night of boozing. To make things worse, her brother Valentin Cassadine (James Stuart) drops by and Alexis is not happy to see him. She’s angry that he shot Nikolas and upset Sam.
Alexis and Sam will talk today and it seems that Alexis is hiding something else from Sam aside from the boozing – she’s got an agenda to take down her ex Julian Jerome (William deVry) and will soon clue Sam in on her plans to cut him out of their lives.
At GH, Liz Webber (Rebecca Herbst) is back to work and wants to know why her shady sister Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig) is there. It’s probably to see Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) since he’s also back at work and getting face time with a friend.
Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) tells Finn that she’s optimistic about his odds for survival now that he’s back in the lab. Hayden shows up for a chat with Finn and will make it clear she’s still into him. Their last talk got emotional and she walked out – now Hayden is back for more.
Also at GH, Franco (Roger Howarth) chats up his BFF Dr Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) and tells her how he acted out at the MetroCourt Halloween party having jealous fits over both Jason and Griffin Munro (Matt Cohen). Liesl has good advice.
She tells Franco that the biggest threat to his future with Liz is himself – he’s his own worst enemy. Franco made is clear to Liz he wants more. He wants her in his bed sooner rather than later and is very frustrated. How much longer will Liz deny Franco some loving?
Valerie Spencer (Brytni Sarpy) is dismayed to discover that Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) has betrayed her in a very personal way. She stares shocked at her phone in horror wondering if what she’s seeing is real. What has Curtis done that could split them up?

Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) is determined to protect Griffin and Charlotte Bolland (Scarlett Fernandez) and insists on taking on Valentin as her first WSB case. Anna calls Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) to her house to grill him on everything he knows about Valentin.
