General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Monday, February 4, tease that Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) will give quite a performance. She’ll mope around Shiloh Archer (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) and insist that her life could use a new direction. Shiloh will turn on the typical fake sincerity and assure Sam that Dawn of Day can help. He’ll want Sam to attend more seminars and become a real part of the community.
Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will do some pretending as well. He’ll keep his end of the bargain and act like he’s nothing more than a friend to Sam. At Charlie’s Pub, Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Lexi Ainsworth) will get updates on Sam’s new (and fake) perspective.
She’ll hear about her sister’s plans for the future and quickly get on board. Kristina has been on a journey of self-discovery, so she’ll be happy that Sam’s on one, too.
At GH, Lulu Falconeri (Emme Rylan) won’t back down on the hypnosis idea. Since this could unblock her memories and identify her attacker, Lulu will prepare to move full-speed ahead. She’ll assure Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry) that she’s ready to do this.
Over with “Dr. Kevin Collins” aka Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom), he’ll push Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) to go down a familiar dark road. Franco will hate doing it, but he’ll assume “Kevin” knows best. He’ll reflect on all the horrible things he did, which included murder and other violent crimes.
Ryan will find out some facts he can use to his advantage during his next chat with Jordan. He’ll also leave Franco’s heart in the pit of despair. Ryan will think it’s good for Franco to feel broken and lost right now.
He’ll feel like it’ll make Franco more vulnerable when the time comes for an arrest. If Franco believes he deserves to pay, maybe he’ll accept his fate and make Ryan’s job easier.
In the meantime, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) will have a run-in with Ava Jerome (Maura West). He’ll stay calm, but Ava will be a ball of fury as usual. She’ll feel like Chase isn’t doing enough to find Kiki Jerome’s (Hayley Erin) killer.
Ava will seek any info regarding the case, but she won’t get much out of the detective. Chase may just promise that they’re following every lead and working as fast as they can.
Other General Hospital spoilers say Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will be on a mission. He’ll ask Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) for help locating Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna). Since Anna can pull strings at the WSB, Sonny will think she’s the best person he could turn to.
Later, Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) will pop up and take jabs at Sonny. He’ll know all about Dante’s assignment and offer a hint about some bad news. Robert will wonder if he should tell Sonny or let Anna fill him in. One of them will likely reveal that Dante is officially missing! It’s doubtful the WSB has any idea where Dante is at this point.
