The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers update for Friday, June 24, teases that Eric Forrester (John McCook) will realize he must choose true love while Paris Buckingham (Diamond White) and Carter Walton’s (Lawrence Saint-Victor) wedding date gets bumped up. Here’s what B&B fans can expect.
At the Forrester mansion, Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer) should continue her conversation with Eric – and that means more dancing around what they already know. Part of Quinn is still in love with Carter, who’s still in love with her, too.
Deep down, both Eric and Quinn realize that love hasn’t gone away, so that’s no doubt playing a role in why they can’t fix their relationship.
Of course, the bigger issue is that Eric is having an affair with Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis) while stringing Quinn along.
Eric told Donna that he didn’t think his marriage could be salvaged, so what’s he waiting for?
The choice should be clear to Eric by now since Donna makes him truly happy.
After Eric’s latest conversation with Quinn, things should start coming into focus. Eric will begin to realize Quinn just isn’t the woman for him anymore.
This is building to Eric’s upcoming promise to Donna, who’ll find out he’s choosing her over Quinn.
In the meantime, Quinn will try to put Carter behind her and fight for a marriage that can’t be saved.
Next, Carter will confess that Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) is right.
Ridge accused Carter of still being in love with Quinn, so Carter won’t be able to deny what’s in his heart.
However, Carter will point out that Quinn is married to Eric and intends to honor their commitment.
Since Carter doesn’t want to live the rest of his life as a lonely bachelor, he’s prepared to move forward with Paris – even if there’s not much of a spark.
Ridge will have a better grasp of why Carter’s rushing into marriage, but he still won’t like it.
Maybe Ridge will urge Carter to wait on some other single woman who can make him feel what he’s supposed to feel.
Unfortunately, Carter is tired of waiting and doesn’t want to go one more day without a big step toward his future.
That’s why Carter and Paris will go against the naysayers by bumping their wedding date up to today or tomorrow in soap time.
Grace Buckingham (Cassandra Creech) will do everything in her power to stop the nuptials from happening, but Paris and Carter will move full-speed ahead for now.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Quinn and Carter are on an interesting path back together, but there’ll be some shockers and setbacks along the way.
