The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers recap for Wednesday, October 11, reveals that Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will accidentally sleep through his alarm and awaken late in Audra Charles’ (Zuleyka Silver) bed.
Although part of Kyle will seem pleased about his first night sleeping over with Audra, he’ll also feel guilty about not being there when Harrison Abbott (Kellen Enriquez) woke up this morning.
Once Kyle comes home, he’ll learn that Diane Jenkins-Abbott (Susan Walters) already got Harrison ready and sent him off to school with the nanny.
Diane will point out that Harrison was asking for Kyle and add that it’s not like Kyle to neglect him.
However, Kyle will argue that it’s one mistake and will think Diane is blowing this out of proportion.
After Kyle claims he crashed at a friend’s house, Diane will hope that friend wasn’t Audra and will suggest he basically went off the rails again after she showed up at the wedding reception.
Diane will push Kyle to talk to her since she’ll want to offer support, but he’ll act like he’s fine and will admit he knows what he wants in his career.
Kyle will plan to reclaim the co-CEO spot from Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson), but he’ll be unsure of how to pull that off.
As for Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), he’ll get a text from Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) about some info she found on Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John).
Phyllis will summon Jack to Crimson Lights for a meeting, so he’ll discuss the details with Diane in front of the bugged bonsai.
That’ll give Tucker a chance to overhear through the listening device, so he’ll head to the coffeehouse as well.
On the Crimson Lights patio, Phyllis will thank Danny Romalotti (Michael Damian) for the recent pep talk and find out about Heather Stevens’ (Vail Bloom) return to town.
Phyllis will learn Lucy Romalotti (Lily Brooks O’Briant) is still in Lisbon with Christine Blair Williams (Lauralee Bell) and Paul Williams (Doug Davidson) for now, she’ll seem worried about the “bug” trashing her to Lucy.
Danny will dismiss that idea and act like it’s important to move beyond the past.
As their chat continues, Phyllis will realize that Danny’s single again and will suspect he’s hoping to reunite with Christine if her marriage ends.
Danny will sidestep Phyllis’ questions on Wednesday’s Y&R episode and act like she’s looking for drama, so she’ll eventually have to drop the discussion.
Danny will also seem curious about what Phyllis has been up to on her laptop, but she’ll leave out the Tucker stuff and act like it was research for her first day at Omega Sphere.
Tucker will ultimately show up and confront Phyllis about double-crossing him by working for the Abbotts, so he’ll point out that he has eyes and ears everywhere.
After Jack arrives, he’ll clash with Tucker before joining Phyllis at Society so they can speak privately.
That’s where Phyllis will offer updates on hacking into Tucker’s computer and finding out he recently purchased a listening device with an accompanying phone app.
Phyllis will mention Tucker’s comment about having eyes and ears everywhere, so Jack will admit this is all starting to make sense.
Although Phyllis will hope they’re square now, Jack will make it clear that this is just the first step, so that’ll leave Phyllis irritated.
Danny will witness the tension, so he’ll corner Phyllis to express his concerns about her getting caught in the middle of all the Jack and Tucker drama.
Once Jack makes it home, he’ll find the listening device that Tucker planted on the bonsai tree. Jack will put the plant outside before giving Kyle and Diane news about the planted bug.
Kyle won’t get why Jack isn’t destroying it, but Jack will hint that it could work to their advantage if Tucker isn’t onto them yet.
At Lily Winters’ (Christel Khalil) penthouse, Daniel will admit he’s a little on edge and will claim it’s because of untrustworthy Phyllis’ first day on the job.
Lily will make plans for lunch with Daniel before he nearly makes her late for work with a make-out session.
Daniel won’t mention anything about Heather moving back to town with Lucy and will check out a text of gratitude from Heather later.
Once Daniel finds Phyllis and Danny at Society, he’ll overhear his mom acting like his dad’s being paranoid and wonder what’s up.
Back with Tucker, he’ll speak with Audra about their potential Phyllis problem before talk turns to Kyle.
Audra will admit it was easy and even enjoyable to reignite her flame with Kyle last night.
After Audra mentions Kyle wanting Billy’s job, she’ll realize Tucker wants to use Kyle to get Billy out of the picture.
At the park, Devon Hamilton-Winters (Bryton James) and Abby Newman-Abbott (Melissa Ordway) will enjoy some time together after Dominic Newman-Abbott-Winters-Chancellor (Rainn and River Ware) falls asleep in his stroller.
That’ll bring a conversation about Tucker’s perpetually shady behavior and his potential connection to Mamie Johnson (Veronica Redd), so Lily will hear all the latest developments once she appears.
Devon won’t want to think the worst of Tucker, but he’ll suggest his bio dad keeps giving him reasons to doubt him. Plus, it’ll seem like all Tucker’s progress evaporated after he lost Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson).
Devon will consider the idea of just cutting ties with Tucker altogether, so Abby and Lily will support whatever Devon decides.
After Devon admits he can’t shake the feeling that Tucker is up to something, he’ll refuse to let their family or company be affected by whatever it is.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Tucker could become even more dangerous if he loses Devon and Dominic, so stay tuned for see if he’ll sink even lower!
