More wedding and mob action today on GH – Here are some “General Hospital” spoilers to get you ready for the Thursday, September show. Sam Morgan (Kelly Monaco) calls Jake Doe (Billy Miller) over to give him the good news that Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) is now part of their ELQ and Nikolas Cassadine (Tyler Christopher) investigation. Sam fills him in on the info that Anna gave her about Nikolas being involved in the rigged mayoral election and their plans for getting Nikolas to give back ELQ.
Then Sam tells Jake that she’ll forgive him. What’s that about? Is it because she had to hear about his engagement to Liz Webber (Rebecca Herbst) third-hand instead of from him? Anna meets up with Kyle Sloane (Robb Derringer) and she wants to talk about Nikolas. Kyle wants to talk about their relationship – he wants back with her – Anna is not so interested in that.
Instead, Anna asks for help investigating Nikolas. Sloane has exactly the goods they need since he blackmailed Brook Lynn Ashton into giving up her ELQ shares on Nik’s behalf with their knowledge of Julian Jerome’s (William deVry) not-dead baby. How much will Sloane tell her? Rumor has it that Sloane won’t live long, but will it be Nikolas that takes him out for betraying him?
Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) is happy to see Michael Quartermaine (Chad Duell) at her door on her wedding day but then is less happy when he tells her that he absolutely cannot forgive Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) for what he did to AJ. Carly takes that as a sign that he’s not coming to the wedding. But then Michael flips the script and says he will be there for her and Morgan Corinthos (Bryan Craig).
Carly is overjoyed that all the kids will be there. Except one of the kids they’re expecting won’t be. Jordan Ashford (Vinessa Antoine) complains to Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) that she is very concerned about TJ Ashford (Tequan Richmond) living at Sonny’s and thinks he’s in danger. She’s right. Instead of TJ delivering the cake to the wedding, he’s been kidnapped and is tied up in a warehouse. Is this obvious trap going to be the ambush during which Sonny gets shot?
Looks like the other mob faction is making a big move – right on Sonny’s wedding day when he’s distracted by his nuptials and Morgan’s mental mess. Sonny will get a call that lets him know that TJ has been taken and that he has to show up or else TJ will be killed. Of course, Sonny will have to go. But first, rat fink Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) shows up to congratulate Sonny on the big day.
Ric also assures Sonny that he will make sure Ava Jerome (Maura West) is convicted for Connie Falconeri’s murder – but she won’t be. That Ava is too slippery by half and he won’t get a conviction. Instead, Ric will end up behind bars – but not today. Out at Wyndemere, Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig) wonders if she knew Jake’s real identity but Nikolas lies and says she didn’t. Bad boy!
