General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Tuesday, May 30, tease that Amy (Rita Dorken) will make a pitch to Nathan (Ryan Paevey). He wasn’t happy when he found out she used his picture for the “Man Landers” advice column. Amy will defend her actions and suggest that maybe she can make it up to Nathan. She’ll note that she might be able to help him save his marriage.
Nathan may argue that he doesn’t need Amy’s assistance, but she’ll insist that things are worse than he realizes. It appears Nathan will agree to help Amy out in exchange for her services. Unfortunately, this trade could come with some unexpected consequences.
Meanwhile, Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) will look concerned as he tells someone not to do anything stupid. Perhaps he’s leaving Sonny (Maurice Bernard) a voicemail. Regardless, Dante will definitely have some fears about what’s in store.
Across town, Ava (Maura West) will shout that Sonny (Maurice Bernard) and Carly (Laura Wright) aren’t going anywhere. As the fire rages on, the suspense will build. General Hospital spoilers hint that Dante may have a chance to play the hero soon, so maybe he’ll show up just in time.
Elsewhere, Laura (Genie Francis) and Lulu (Emme Rylan) will discuss Jake’s (Hudson West) strange birthday present. Once Laura heard the magic set supposedly came from Spencer (Nicholas Bechtel), she knew something was up. Spencer is saving his gift so he can give it to Jake in person.
Now that Laura has tipped off Jason (Billy Miller), the drama is finally heating up. Lulu and Laura will mull over what might be going on. When Laura contends that this could be linked to Jake’s time on Cassadine Island, Lulu will be taken aback. She’ll wonder if Laura really thinks that Helena (Constance Towers) could’ve had something to do with this.
Laura will probably suggest that she wouldn’t put it past her. Of course, GH viewers know that Helena is indeed behind the magic set and the deadly biotoxin it contains. Jake just pulled out the Chimera device, but plenty of people are trying to stop his last trick.
Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) will frantically yell that Jake shouldn’t open it. Jason will lower his voice and tell Jake to look at him. He’ll reach out his hand and demand the device. Nearby, Jake’s hallucination of Helena will nudge him toward disaster. She’ll insist that he should do what he was born to do.
