The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Wednesday, June 12, tease that Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will get a visit from Paul Williams (Doug Davidson). They’ll mull over the security footage from the athletic club, which was altered to make sure no one saw Phyllis Summers (Gina Tognoni) get swiped.
Paul will also mention that he grilled Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) about Phyllis’ disappearance. While Nick plots his next move, Adam will stop by the cottage to offer an apology. He’ll be sorry for being such a mess before and latching on to Sharon emotionally. Adam will blame it on Chelsea Newman (Melissa Claire Egan) pushing him away, but Sharon will insist they need some boundaries.
After Adam admits he’s feeling lost, Sharon will talk to him about love and the sacrifices it requires. Adam will end up pulling Sharon into a hug, which Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) will walk in and witness. Once Adam’s gone, Rey will blast Sharon for letting herself get too close to Adam. He’ll note that her ex is dangerous and insist Sharon was undoubtedly trying not to think about Adam when they made love.
Rey will contend that Sharon is either lying to herself or lying to him. Either way, he won’t be happy about it! Rey will stomp off while Adam winds up back at the tack house.
He’ll get on the phone and tell his minion to “keep her there” and let him know if there are any problems. Adam will point out that Chloe has a penchant for causing trouble, so Kevin Fisher’s (Greg Rikaart) accusations about Adam kidnapping Chloe were correct.
Afterward, Nick will show up and demand to know where Phyllis is. Adam will deny any wrongdoing, so the conversation will shift to where Adam got the money to buy the loan. Y&R spoilers say Adam will gloat about Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) handing it over along with Chelsea’s number. Nick will feel like people are at their worst whenever Adam’s around to drive them to it.
A little later, Adam will receive a text that insists others will pay the price if he doesn’t reveal Chloe’s location. At the park, Victoria and Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will talk about their recent trip and wonder what’s been happening in the Newman world while they were gone.
Other Young and the Restless spoilers say Christine Williams (Lauralee Bell) will fume over Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) lawsuit. He slapped the GCPD with one over how his family was treated throughout the J.T. Hellstrom (Thad Luckinbill) case. Christine will be livid since this lawsuit is making it difficult to fund her campaign. She won’t be able to find backers with this hanging over her.
Naturally, Victor won’t care about the drama Christine’s facing. He’ll shoo Chris away while Nick tracks down Victoria. When confronted about her deal with Adam, Victoria will admit it’s true. Nick will feel like he became collateral damage in the battle for the Newman throne.
Victoria, on the other hand, will feel like she did what she had to do. She’ll refuse to let Adam take her rightful place as Newman’s CEO. Soon after, Victor will get updates from Dr. Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic). His treatments haven’t worked like the doc wanted them to, so Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will think it’s time to come clean to the rest of the family.
In fact, Nikki will vow to tell the kids for Victor if he doesn’t do it himself. Back with Christine, she’ll vent to Paul about the lawsuit and get a surprise to lift her spirits. The Young and the Restless spoilers state that they’ll take a moment to relax with a picnic.
At Society, Summer Newman (Hunter King) won’t be quite herself at a meeting with Billy and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor). Kyle will wonder what’s up, but Summer won’t be willing to open up to him. However, Summer will admit the truth to Lola Rosales (Sasha Calle) later. She’ll note that she’s worried about her missing mom, so Lola will confess that she can relate.
Lola will mention that her own mother used to have erratic behavior at times. She’ll point out that her father walked out on her family, which took a toll. Summer will bond with Lola a bit before cracking a joke about comparing engagement rings. Back at Nick’s place, Summer will get some support from her dad.
At Kyle and Lola’s apartment, a romantic setup will be waiting for Lola when she returns. Kyle will be all dressed up with candles and flowers. He’ll argue that he wanted to do this right, so he’ll officially ask Lola to marry him. The Young and the Restless spoilers say Lola will once again give Kyle a “yes” and happily accept his ring.
