General Hospital Spoilers: Friday, August 28 – Carly Lies About Nelle Cliff Tragedy, Cover-Up with Jax – Dante Disturbing Attack

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Friday, August 28, tease that Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will remain in shock over Nelle Benson Jerome’s (Chloe Lanier) fate. After Nelle ran from Carly, she slipped and found herself dangling off the side of a cliff.

Carly grabbed Nelle’s hand to pull her up, but Nelle lost her grip and disappeared into the darkness below.

On Friday, Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) will catch up with Carly, who’ll undoubtedly spill the story of what just went down. Carly will be in panic mode, so Jax will step up to protect her.

He’ll probably argue that no one else has to know what actually happened. Jax may convince Carly to just act like she never caught up with Nelle or that Nelle simply fell off the cliff and that was that.

Carly was genuinely trying to save Nelle from the way it looked, but she may worry there’ll be doubts about that if she comes clean.

General Hospital spoilers say Carly’s going to wrestle with hiding this secret, but she’ll ultimately keep her role in Nelle’s startling outcome under wraps – even from Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).

GH fans can expect Sonny to arrive at the cabin and grill Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) on Friday. They’ll discuss Carly chasing after Nelle and Jax following along after them. Once Jax and Carly make their pact, they should return and offer a version of events that’s not the truth.

Back in Port Charles, Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) will get some news from the police. She’ll be relieved along with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) when they hear that Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos (Erik and Theo Olson) is safe and sound.

Other General Hospital spoilers say Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) will pummel Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) with questions. She’ll interrogate Alexis about her complicated relationship with Neil Byrne (Joe Flanigan) and whether her mother turned him away.

Sam will struggle to get a straight answer from Alexis, but she’ll at least force her mom to listen. Alexis will likely be encouraged to reach out to Neil and make something happen. What’s Alexis got to lose? It turns out a lot since Neil’s going to leave Alexis heartbroken next week.

In the meantime, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) will talk to Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) about how he can’t ignore dishonesty. Curtis was blindsided when Portia revealed he was the reason her relationship with Marcus Taggert (Real Andrews) crumbled. That’s not how Portia framed it before, so Curtis was thrown for a loop.

This might even lead Curtis to revisit the topic of Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla) potentially being his daughter. Will Curtis want to know if Portia’s really as sure as she claims to be?

Regardless, Curtis is most likely Trina’s biological father. It’s doubtful Portia will admit that just yet, but she’ll at least offer an apology for not being honest about how Curtis affected things all those years ago.

Over with Jason Morgan (Steve Burton), he’ll chew Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry) for her Taggert deception. Jordan will defend her position and get updates on the threat to Jason’s life. Jason will admit Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) wants to take him out so he can have a clear path to Sonny.

Jordan will likely reassure Jason that Cyrus won’t gain the upper hand, but he’s already got it! This is a dangerous situation, so they have to be careful about how they proceed.

At Dante Falconeri’s (Dominic Zamprogna) WSB facility, he’ll attack his doctor – perhaps right after a disturbing nightmare or vision. It’ll be further proof to Dante that he can’t go home, but things will change in the coming episodes.

General Hospital spoilers say Olivia Falconeri’s (Lisa LoCicero) upcoming visit should make a huge difference, so stay tuned to GH. CDL’s where you want to be for sizzling General Hospital spoilers, updates and news, so don’t forget to stop by frequently.
