Olivia and Amanda are at the shooting range. They take a moment to take a break. Olivia tells Amanda that she has been promoted. Amanda can’t believe it, she’s had a tough year.

A woman driving a bakery truck crashes into a police car on an empty street. She gets out of the truck and seems intoxicated but as her booking goes on she appears confused and out of it. At her arraignment, she shares she was not drunk. Carisi is there and sees the woman panicking. She tells the court she was raped.

Back at the precinct, Kat and Amanda take the woman’s statement. The woman, named Jill, tells them how she met up with a man she met off a dating app the night before at a bar. His name is Luke.

The team heads to the bar where she was. They get street surveillance and it appears that Jill isn’t intoxicated. She also sees Luke leave Jill at her truck and kisses her good night.

The team pays Luke a visit. He appears normal and tells them that the sex was consensual. After they press him a little bit he asks them to leave.

Olivia speaks with Jill who believes that she was robbed in the sex was not consensual. Olivia tells her that her tox screen came back and she was not drugged. It may be a drug that was not picked up on the screen because it is new.

After some research, the team finds another woman who went on a date with Luke from the dating app. She also believes she was drugged. They go to visit her and she tells them a similar story.

The woman goes to the precinct and IDs Luke in a lineup. After she sees him she has a panic attack. She leaves the room crying and runs into Jill. Carisi tells them both they cannot talk to one another or the case will be thrown out.

Luke is brought into the station. He tells them that he never drugs any of the women he dates. But the bars he does bring them to tend to make strong drinks.

Kat and Amanda head to go talk to the bartender that was on both nights that the women were raped. He gives them a hard time and tells them that he is innocent. After Carisi speaks with Jill and she shares that Luke and the bartender seem to know one another they get a search warrant and go through the bartender’s home. They find erased files on his computer.

After failing to get Luke to turn over his password and the bartender to open files on his computer, Olivia Holt a press conference urging any woman who believes she was raped by Luke to come forward.

More than several women come forward, showing up at the precinct to share their stories. Olivia and Amanda are called to her home to meet with a woman. She reports that her daughter was also raped by Luke. That night she had a stroke and hasn’t been the same since. They never went to the police because her daughter couldn’t remember much about the situation only that she went on a date with him. They speak with the daughter who tells them her life and did three months ago.

Carisi and Olivia meet with Luke and his lawyer. He finally admits that the bartender Ash and he are friends and the bartenders have been drugging the women’s drinks. He only requires a video from Luke to do it. He calls it his clinical trials. Luke has no idea what he really puts in the drinks though. They tell him if he wants to save himself he needs to meet with Ash, the bartender.

The team gets Ash on audio saying how he drugged the drinks. Later other men he helped are brought into the precinct in cuffs.

Amanda and Olivia pay visits to the female victims to tell them that Luke and his accomplice are being prosecuted.

THE END!
