The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) may go too far in the coming weeks. It’s understandable that Liam would be concerned about Steffy Forrester’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) well-being.
We also can’t fault Liam for his growing worries about Kelly Spencer (Avalon and Collette Gray) in the weeks ahead. However, there’s a right way and a wrong way to handle things!
Liam doesn’t always make the greatest decisions, but those decisions could really cost him this time. B&B fans know Liam doesn’t approve of Dr. John “Finn” Finnegan’s (Tanner Novlan) interest in Steffy, so there’s already some jealousy going on.
Liam shouldn’t be intervening in Steffy’s love life, but he’ll do plenty of meddling and may rile Steffy in the process.
There’s also the matter of Kelly and what’ll happen to her as Steffy’s addiction worsens. Steffy’s daughter means more to her than anything, so Liam has to be careful or he’ll just plunge Steffy into more darkness.
It looks like Liam’s going to push for full custody with Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) until Steffy can get a grip on the situation, but that might be extreme depending on how things play out.
Steffy could certainly benefit from extra hired help, especially since having Hope slide further in that mother figure is going to be hard for her. If Liam makes Steffy feel like Hope’s the perfect mom while Steffy’s a bad one, it could cause a serious coparenting rift and a friendship rift, too.
B&B always seems to drift back to “Steam” sooner or later, but will Liam wind up destroying any chance of that? Never say never on putting Liam and Steffy back together since this is a soap, but many Bold and the Beautiful fans would like to see this romance end permanently.
In the short time Finn’s known Steffy, he’s already treated her with more respect than Liam. The show seems quite invested in Steffy and Finn for now, so let’s hope they can keep the momentum going strong.
As for Liam, he runs the risk of alienating Steffy for good with his controlling behavior. We’ll keep you posted as other B&B news and updates come in. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say some Liam shockers are on the way, so stay tuned.
