Y&R spoilers reveal that during the week of December 13, Chelsea surprises Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson).
In the preview clip, Chelsea asks if she’s missed anything. Chloe is excited and can’t believe her friend is back. Chloe wants to know if Chelsea is really back for good and the troubled Genoa City resident says she is, but there seems to be some nervousness in her response.
Y&R Spoilers: Connor Newman’s Excitement
The preview shows that Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) is excited about his mother’s return. Connor likely has hopes that everything can go back to normal. Like most young children, Connor wants his parents together, which probably only fuels Chelsea’s drive to make it happen.
Chelsea Lawson Confronting Adam Newman
The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that while Chelsea was away, she video chatted with Adam a few times.
During those chats, Chelsea tried to bring up what is next for their dynamic. Chelsea hasn’t been shy about hinting at wanting to reconcile with Adam.
Chelsea even went to the point of suggesting a lot of activities they could do as a family. Adam stopped her and said she was moving too fast.
When Chelsea shows up at the Newman family’s ranch, she directly asks Adam about the status of their relationship. This time, Adam can’t run away or skirt around the issue.

It is teased that Chelsea’s return and direct approach forces Adam to deal with this issue head-on.
While Adam has told everyone that there is no going back for him and Chelsea, could he reconsider that decision? Or is he worried about how Chelsea will react to being rejected?
Chelsea certainly seems to have high hopes as she asks Adam if he misses her. How will he respond and what does this mean for Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope), who clearly still has an interest in him?
