Did Justin Bieber cheat on Selena Gomez, and did she take him back? Although the official party line for their breakup has always been that Justin is desperately in love with Selena and she dumped him, that might not actually be how things went down.
Selena’s BFF Taylor Swift might have let slip a few important details in a recent interview. When discussing relationships with Glamour UK, Taylor was first asked if it was true that she and Selena laughed over reports stating that she though that Justin wasn’t ‘good enough‘ for Selena, to which she replied, ‘Does it matter?’ Basically, yeah she totally thinks that Justin isn’t good enough for Selena, but Selena clearly didn’t listen to her.
Now, what caused Taylor to sour on Selena’s relationship with Justin, apart from the fact that he’s a douche of epic proportions? Well, Taylor hints to it when she says, “Here’s what I’ve learned about deal-breakers. If you have enough natural chemistry with someone, you overlook every single thing that you said would break the deal. I’ve seen my friends take someone back after they’ve cheated because they fit perfectly. But I don’t know, because I’ve never had a perfect fit with someone.”
Hmm. She was just discussing Selena and Justin a minute ago, so am I to take that ‘friends’ = Selena? We know Taylor’s not a fan of Justin, but now, we might know why. If Justin did cheat on Selena, then that was his own stupid mistake, but at the time, I’m pretty sure Selena didn’t care about cheating rumors when there were albums to sell.
