CBS’s daytime drama The Young and the Restless has been rather uneventful as of late, however according to CDL’s exclusive Y&R spoiler source the episode airing on May 30th is going to be a must see. The writers at Y&R seem to be fans of slow-burning storylines, it was revealed months ago that Stitch was harboring a secret from the residents of Genoa City, and on May 30th it will finally be exposed (well part of it anyways).
The Young and the Restless spoilers for Friday May 30th tease a heated conversation between Kelly and Stitch. For those of you who have forgotten about Stitch’s secret since it has been so long since it was mentioned, Kelly actually knew Stitch before he arrived in Genoa City and knows all about the skeletons in his closet. During the conversation Kelly reveals that Stitch apparently changed his name before he arrived in Genoa City. And, not only is he hiding behind a fake identity, he apparently killed someone before he arrived in town.
Y&R fans speculated at one point that Stitch may be the driver that killed Kelly’s son. Kelly had a child that suffered the same fate as Billy’s daughter Delia, and a popular theory among Y&R fans was that Stitch was responsible for his death. Considering the bombs that Kelly will drop during the May 30th episodes revealing that Stitch is a killer, the theory that he is responsible for her son’s death is appearing to be spot on.
Spoilers also tease that Adam Newman’s infamous hands will make another appearance during the May 30th episode, as he watches Chelsea, Billy, and his son Connor on the spy cameras he had installed in Chelsea’s house. With images of Adam Newman’s hands showing up more and more frequently, it looks like the iconic character may be returning to Genoa City sooner rather than later. In all seriousness, how long can they carry out these hand scenes? If TPTB still haven’t found a Michael Muhney replacement, then they are in serious trouble. You can only carry out a storyline for so long with a set of hands.
So Y&R fans, what do you think about the recent developments in the Stitch storyline? Could it be possible that our theories were correct all along, and Stitch killed Kelly’s son? If that is the case, how can Kelly even stand to see his face in Genoa City? And, what about Adam Newman’s hands? Are you as over them as we are, or are they your favorite character right now? Let us know what you think in the comments below and don’t forget to check CDL tomorrow for more of The Young and the Restless spoilers.
